So, I gave an extensive (but not comprehensive) break-down of my actual daily / weekly / monthly responsibilities in list-form for my team — I’d love to know if your list is similar to mine and/or what I’m missing that I should be doing but I’m not actually doing, if that makes sense.
Effectively, for my fellow-CEOs and operators, I’d love to compare notes.
